Hello:

I have been doing websites with Frontpage 2002 for a long time already but
latelly I been having this trouble when try to publish my websites. I am
coming here for help regarding this problem to see if anyone has a solution
for it.

When I go to and publish the website and some files are upload I get the
following message:
500 'OR <filenamehere>': command not understood
So for example I will get a message like this depending on the file. It
does it with not only .jpg files but also .html
Example of an actual error message:
500 'OR bday12305pic.jpg': command not understood.

I have tried renaming some files and some other things but I still get the
same error message with different file names. Some of this files are files
that I have published in the past within my websites with no problems.

Does anyone knows why is this happening and has a solution for this ?
I will really appreciate your help regarding this.

Thanks !

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to FrontPage.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

I did post this on a Frontpage group. This is a Frontpage group as well. I
see other postings with replies relating to Frontpage questions.

No, this is not a Frontpage group.

The reason you see non-Access related questions here is because it's the
first group in the list of Microsoft newsgroups, and many people don't pay
sufficient attention to what the group is about.

If you're stuck with the web interface, you can go to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/newsgroups/ and look in the Office Solutions
Development for FrontPage newsgroups.

If you have a proper newsgroup reader (Outlook Express, Forte Agent,
Thunderbird, etc.), you can go point it to msnews.microsoft.com, and look
for newsgroups in the microsoft.public.frontpage hierarchy.
