Troubleshooting a 500 Illegal PORT command error

I am trying to publish a website using FrontPage 2003 and am receiving an
error which says "500 Illegal PORT command error". This website has been
published to this ftp site many times with no error. I can access the ftp
site via Internet Explorer. It seems that something inside FrontPage had
changed.

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner.
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The FrontPage Temporary files.
The Cache (*.web) files.

See if it helps.
