Get Contacts back in Vista

I installed Vista and imported my contacts from Outlook Express. Then had to
format my hard drive. I saved my contacts from Microsoft Mail. Now I need
to get them back, but when I click on Import there is no option for Microsoft
Mail Contacts. How can I put them back? Thank you

if you are missing the TOOLs at the top, right click on the CONTACTS folder in the left pane, select Properties and use the Customize tab, from the DROP DOWN list select CONTACTS, apply and ok out.
