get back to startup window after disabling all menus and toolbars

i went to tools/Startup and disabled allow full menus
allow default shortcut menus allow built in toolbars and allow toolbar menu
changes
how can i get back to the startup window to get these back?

As posted all the time (please search for your answer before posting) hold
down the shift key while starting up your database.
