How to restore menus

Using Tools | Startup I cleared the checkmarks for menus and toolbars. How
can I get the menus and toolbars back. Everytime I open my database only one
limited toolbar is showing. It does not have a Tools menu, nor does it let
me open up any other toolbars, VBA, etc.

As I recall hold down the shift key when you start it.
