I have Lost My Menus

Can anyone help; on Access, I have changed the startup options, so when
access loads, their are no toolbars, and no full menus, I do not have view
or tools - how do I get the menus and toolbars back? Please help!

Hold shift while you open the file.

Hold down the shift key while opening the database to bypass startup
options.
