Lost default Menu Options

Using the Tools Menu and Startup Dialouge box i have unchecked 'Allow Full
Menus', 'Allow Default Shortcut Menus', 'Allow Built In Toolbars', 'Allow
Toolbar/Menu Changes', and 'Use Access Special Keys'.
My problem now is that i do not have the 'Tools' Menu on my database anymore
so can not undo this and therefore have no access to Design View, or Table
and Queries lists. How do i get my Menus back?

Try holding down the shift key during application start-up.

You can eventually dis-able the shift key, but really, if you are creating
an application that is to hide the ms-access interface, then you will likely
want to give the users a mde file while you continue to work on the original
mdb file.
