How to Restore Full Menu

I clicked on Tools- Startup and then unchecked the Allow Full Menus checkbox.

My question is "How do I undo this?".

Since I no longer see the full menu in this database, Tools-Startup is no
longer a choice.

I'm using Access 2002.

Hold down the SHIFT key as you open the database.

Note: This is avery common question. Please search previous posts before
placig a new thread in the newsgroup.

Hold down shift when you open your database. This will allow you back into
the backend database, including all of the normal menus, options, etc. You
can then just add them all back in on the startup menu.
