Please advise how I cna stop receiving this message. I have downloaded a
file from Microsoft but didn't help. I don't receive it will shut down in
60 seconds. It comes up saying must close immed. Then there is a flash and
it disconnects me from the internet.

Hi Jennifer,

How are you connected to the Internet? When did this particular problem
start? Do you know how to do at Print Screen Snapshot using the Print Screen
key and Paint? Can you capture the error message and attach it to an E-mail
reply?

Sorry for English.

Over 90% of the annoying "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services"
errors that occured in August 2006 are due to obsolete/expired drivers
for Hewlett-Packard printers and drivers and their interactions with
the
firewalls. See hints how to update and fix the problem:

But it is plausible that the symptoms you describe are a bit different.

Best wishes, Lubos Motl

Hi lubos motl,

Except there are people who don't have HP Printers, I among them, and I
just started receiving this error at every login in Windows XP Home Edition
Service Pack 2. So there is something else going on also.
