well it all started with the "Generic Host Process for Win32
Services has caused an error" message on boot-up. I ran all antivirus,
antispy etc. that you can think about and non can find anything. one night I
could not shut down and had to shut down from the button. when I opened it,
everything was different... no sound except beeps, the norton was disabled
(although it can be enabled manually), the security centre of course was
disabled. then of course the pc was formatted and I was sure that there
remained no problem... well at the first restart I got the same error
message. started to search the net read a lot about the experiences of people
who have the same trouble. called microsoft... no solution.. I am open for
any suggestion, but please dont ask whether I did the virus scan properly
etc.. I had all and still problem continues. is microsoft planning to release
a new patch
(I am using xp pro sp2/norton
antivirus-spybot-msspyware-a2-adaware-stinger/compaq evo n800v)

The problem just formating is that you will still have
what ever bug or spyware that is on your system , The
best thing to do is delete all the partition first and
afterward recreate them back again ( if its only one
partition ? then just delete that one and recreate one
back again ) then install windows follow by a format
which at that point you will have a clean system
