"GENERAL" Tab in "Internet Options" GONE!

I see that I am not the only one experiencing this
problem as of two hours ago.

I discovered this as I was attempting to clear my
history, internet files and cookies folders.

All of the other tabs remain but the entire "general" tab
has vanished as if it were not even there in the first
place.

Someone please help me out!
