General Protection Fault

I'm getting a general protection fault in module MMSYSTEM.DLL at 000A:0032 caused by WOWEXEC that is making it impossible to instraal (or uninstall) programs to run my printer software. Please seld any helpful advice. Thanks. Philip Haines can be reached at (e-mail address removed)
