General Mail Failure

When I hit send to, routing recipient, I receive a
General Mail Failure Message. Close Outlook and your mail
program and try again.

This doesn't help and the only knowledge base article I
could find on the subject did not help either.

I need help!

What Email program do you actually use?

Do you have any problems if you actually send it through that?
