General Authentication Failed

I have entered the correct information as provided by my Email provider, but
am unable to send or reply to emails.

I have ticked and unticked the various boxes in Properties, Accounts on
Outlook, but cannot seem to solve the problem.

The Massage I receive is below :-

General authentication failed. None of the authentication methods supported
by your Imap server (if any) are supported on this computer.

Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network
errors. This could, for example, include a lack of memory on your system.

Configuration

Account: mail.ntb.ltd.uk (1)
User Name: (e-mail address removed)
Protocol: IMAP
