#gen_toolbar# any ideas anyone?

hi i'm using windows vista. everytime i click to open a new window this
message comes up '#gen_toolbar# is unable to load it's config file' it tells
me to reinstall the #gen_toolbar# but i have no idea what it is. when i click
accept on the box the message goes and the new window opens. any clues
anyone? cheers xx
 
I FOUND THAT IF I LOADED THE UPDATED WINDOWS LIVE TOOLBAR THE GEN TOOLBAR
POP-UP VANISHED!!.
