Gen Host 32 on boot up

When I boot up I get a Gen Host 32 error. I am also now having problem with
the digital camera. When I try to start WIA in services I get a Error 1067
unable to start. I was told by Canon the reason the computer is not seeing
the camera is because the WIA is off and will not start. Does anyone have any
ideas.
 
Canon is trying to say the lightening is caused by the thunder, ;/

Services are blocked by a driver failure. (not necessarily the camera driver, but probably.)
