GeForce Update Failed Need Help

ok everytime i keep updatin my video card it gives me
this error 80246002 WTF is that i need some help if
anyone can help please do thank you
 
Are these the latest drivers obtained from the nVidia website at
www.nvidia.com which is where you should be looking for drivers for the
graphics card.
