gateway go back

Have a gateway computer no access to gateway go back. Removed some programs
and deleted everything. Under start button no access to program file, word.
Can't add icons. Tried system restore for previous month unable to retrieve.
Don't know where to start to repair damage if possible.
 
If you took the in home maintenance contract, your invoice and shipping
documents should reference a phone number to call.
