Gapi32.dll

My gapi32.dll has gone missing -- ?? -- can't find it --
how do I get it back -- can I reinstall windows and just
get the missing files?

Also -- Wexp is giving an error about hard drive space --
have 10 gigs of hard drive space -- how could I need to
free some up?
