Games perm. delete?

If i follow the instructions on how to uninstall the
games from win 2K is there a way to prevent other useres
from coming behind me and reinstalling them?

also can anyone tell me what dll files are used for
solitair, freecell, pinball, etc?

and if these are removed will that prevent the games from
bieng played after someone reinstalls them?

The easiest way to do this is to find the exe file and
rename it .old
There is no other easier way to do this

Easy, but ineffective. That doesn't work in Windows 2000. The system
will just restore new copies of the .exe files.
