Game wont start

Hey i got a problem that keeps popping up when i try to launch my game UT3
(unreal tournament 3). I think it has something to do with kernel32.dll.

Computer make? Model?

Also unless someone here works at Epic and has access to the source code for
the game, those Appcrash codes don't help too much.
