game not responding

iv installed the cd rom hotel giant by sold out when i try 2 open the game i
end up with a black screan iv tryed every thing thats the games
troubleshooter said but that didnt solve my problem they sugested i try her
can any 1 help

Are you also on the phone when trying to type,looks like were in the middle
of a conversation here...Either way,try removing & reinstalling it,and/or try
the game mfg web site for a fix or update.......
