GAL does not get copied to lokal 2003 Outlook klient

Hi
Even though some contacts have been added days ago, they doesn't seem to
arrive in the GAL offline file, and I can't force it to sync by using the
download offline adressbook functionality.

I've solved this question - it turned out that it was the Excahange server
that didn't create the list, and it was solved by restarting the exchange
server.
