Gain Access to Previous My Documents dir?

I rebuilt my machine due to hardware failure. I used a new C drive, but
even though I'm Admin, I cannot gain access to my old 'My Documents' folder
in my 'D' (old C) drive.

Any way to force my way in? Thanks!

NOTE: You must be logged on to the computer using an account that has
administrative privileges. If you are running Windows XP Home Edition, in order
to have access to the Security tab, you must first start in Safe Mode and log on
with an account that has Administrative rights.
