Fuzzy DVD

Hi,
When I play a DVD, the picture is a little bit fuzzy. It is not 'very'
fuzzy but it can be a bit of an annoyance. This has nothing to do with my
monitor (DGM L-1721) or my graphics card (Inno 3D GeForce 7600GT) as when i
play a video from my hard drive it is fine. I have messed about with the
video settings and tried using a few different players but the picture still
remains a little bit fuzzy. Anyone got any advice on what to do? Any advice
will be greatly appreciated.

Are you playing the exact same file, as in did you make a dvd copy on your
hard drive which you are watching and comparing the actual dvd to? If not,
what sort of file are you playing? DVDs will be interlaced and won't play
best on pc monitors, what does the dvd look like on a normal tv?

Hi,
I am playing the DVD straight from the DVD disc. The DVD looks fine on
a normal TV. It should look good still on a 17" TFT.
