Functionality in Outlook

Can full Outlook 2003 functionality be maintained when synched over to a
Windows CE environment PDA?

have developed a little personal management system in Outlook which uses
tasks etc and now would like to get this on the move so that I can update it
all the time - will I get exactly the same functionality between my home PC
and a PDA - i.e. access to all my tasks / formats within tasks etc?
 
It would be highly dependent on what sync software you use. Since it's homegrown, the only real way to find out is to try it.
