Function loss with multiple monitors

I lose some of the functions in one of my programs after I drag it onto the
second monitor. Is there a way to fix this problem?
 
Please give examples of the software and function that you loose. It should
not happen.
 
The program is Accubid Pro 6. The program has alarms to make sure that you
have done all parts of a bid. I am not able to turn the alarms off on the
second monitor.
