full screen view

I have an internet shortcut on my desktop, but everytime
i open it, it opens in a smaller window. how can i change
the setting to open it in a full screen window?

When you have it open, try dragging it to the size you want, then close it .
Don't use the "Maximise" button.
The "new" size should be remembered

Right click the shortcut and choose Properties.
In the Run drop-down box choose Maximized.
