Is there any way to make the XP machine do a full log off when exiting from RDP. At the mo it seems to just go into a suspend mode, which also "suspends" some other services I have running (proper services not programs within Startup etc). These services remain in suspense until either another RDP session is started, or someone physically logs into the desktop. If the PC is simply started but not logged into the services run fine (like they should) or if someone physically logs in and out they still run fine. It's just when RDP is disconnected (using either the X button or Start-Disconnect) that the suspension occurs
At the mo I have a shortcut that runs the "shutdown -r -t 5" command which I am using instead of disconnecting to work around the problem, but I'd rather it just do a proper full log-off instead and avoid the couple of mins reboot time
Cheers.
