full document failed to print

Have a protected form used to do requests for payment. Works with office XP
but not with new Office Professional. Form is protected but can type in
spaces. When I go to print everthing is fine in print preview, but when it
prints the bottom part of the docrument does not print and I get the message
"This docrument failed to print". It will print to an area where I last
filled in a space and then I get the error message. Just got a new Dell
computer and new Office Professional. Hooked old computer back up and it
still printed just fine, so assume it is a setting with new computer and form.
 
Or it could be that the printer driver is not 'in tune' with Office 2003.
Have you checked the mfr's web site for an updated driver?
