ftproot> folder with no name

I have a folder in ftproot
with no name,
I can not delete it.....

Hi Gaston,

follow instructions in this article:

It looks like your server is exploitable (has some serious security hole).
Try to figure out what is is. Most likely -- anonymous FTP access. My advice
would be to remove it...

Agreed. Just deleting the folder won't prevent you from being hacked a

I just discovered the same hack on our ftp server. I deleted the files
but I am curious to how it was done and what it is that we might have
left open.
