I am setting up an FTP site at home. I have done this before I got it to work
no problem I am just a little rusty.

I created new ftp site with c:\inetpub\ftproot as the home directory. Have
port 21 open on the firewall and anonmous connections allowed. Does the
ftproot folder have to be shared?
