Deleting Hacker Directory

I found a group of folders in my ftproot in the Inetpub folder. The files and folders can't be deleted. I have fixed the problem that allowed the hacker access, but now I am stuck with these directories tht are eating up about 50 gigs of space. Any suggestions, aside from a rebuild

There may be a number of reasons why you can not delete the files including that
you may need to take ownership or they have invalid file names [in which case
you want to disable posix support also] for Windows 2000. The KB link below
