FTP Program for Uploads

I am a Mac user and I have to show someone that uses a PC Windows XP how to
up load new files to a server using an FTP program. I use Fetch for the Mac.

Does Windows xp come with an FTP program? or do I need to have them download
a program?

You can ftp in IE. Just put the ip number for the site into the address bar.
A dialog box should pop-up with password and username prompts.

Otherwise, you might want to try WS-FTP Lite. You should be able to find a
download site by searching for it on the web.
