FTP on WinXP Home

Does anyone know for sure if WinXP home can run FTP server
software. And if not can you point me to documentation
that spells it out. Thanks a bunch.

Yes, Windows XP Home Edition can run FTP server software. There are a good
many of them to be found at http://www.google.com/, http://www.download.com/
or http://www.tucows.com among others.
