FTP on Windows Explorer

If anonymous is permitted at a remote FTP site, I can
enter the following command in the address textbox of
Windows Explorer to make a connection to the remote FTP
site and display its folders: ftp://24.5.228.156

If anonymous is denied access, how can I incorporate a
user, password and port into my ftp command line to
display its folders?
