these protocols have as the current default program "unknown application" i
tried many times to change to my default browser IE, then set Safari as
default browser and the same, continue the "unknown application" I don't want
to install other browser looking to fix this problem. I did a Google search,
and any one fix it. also I did try to set my default browser manually in the
registry, and it is impossible to change the association to the "unknown
application"

unfortunally I have not the system restore on. Please any help will be
appreciated.

Thanks,

Thank you, when I open any link in my mail program or any website, I am
getting the message "The file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action, create an association in the set association control
panel. This happen with any browser I set as default browser.

Wellcome to the club of infected brainless that uses windows on the
internet... your links will work, never more.

reinstall your system, and never again connect to the internet with it...
there are proper systems for the internet, use one of them.
