I'm re-installing a program I used on Win 95 on to my new
WinXP pro system, and when it starts, I get the error
message:
Procedure Entry Point FT_Thunk not found in dll Kernel32
First is to check with the company that makes/sells the program and see
if an update for XP is available. If not, you can also try modifying
the compatibility options for the program. Right click the icon,
shortcut or executable of the program in question and select
Properties. If "run this program in compatibility mode" is checked,
remove the check and click Apply. Try the program again. If "run this
program in compatibility mode" is *not* checked, try checking it and
select Windows 95 or Windows 98/Windows ME from the drop list. Again
click Apply and see if things are any better.
