My program will not run in normal but will run in SAFE Mode. Program ran fine
in
XP Media edition.

I am now running Vista Home Prm upgrade.

I have no problems with FSX

Thank you for any help.

You might try right clicking on the file and select "Run as Administrator".
Some of the programs designed for XP are needing this to run correctly. If
that doesn't work, you can right click the executable, go to properties,
compatibilty, and select Windows XP SP2.

Thank You Dustin
I have tried both those ways and all combination under properties with no
luck. I fell there is some switch setting in internet explorer that is not
set in SAFE MODE but is in NORMAL MODE. The full name of the program is: FSX
Flight Weather Report from Microsoft.

Thanks again

I haven't tried the safe mode, but in normal mode, it first complained about
not being able to find msvrc80.dll, and on subsequent launch attempts,
simply didn't launch.
