fsextend utility

I have read some of the previous posts and it seems as though the fsextend
utility will fix my problem (detailed below). Can anyone tell me where I can
get this from? Thanks.

My problem. Added additional drives to a Raid 5. Extended the logical
drive through the manufacturers utility. Then extended through DISKPART.
Explorer shows the original drive size, while DISK MANAGEMENT shows the new
drive size.
