SAN Disk Extension with DISKPART

Hi All,

We have extended a SAN disk on a W2K cluster server, by using DISKPART
utility, the Disk Manager shown the accurate size after the extension, but
the volume size still is the same as before the extension in Windows
Explorer, how any of you seen this issue before?

I am experiencing the same except not in a cluster.

Hardware: Compaq DL385
OS: Windows Server 2003
Drives: SAN EVA
Presented Drives: Basic

I grew a selected volume on my eva to 70GB from 60GB successfully. I
went to the server to extend the volume Diskpart / List Volume / Select
Volume # / Extend as I have always done. I checked my drives under
Disk Mgmt and find that I have confilicting reports. The top window
reports back 60GB but the bottom window reports back as that disk as
being 70GB. Properties for the disk from Windows Explorer reports
60GB. Is there something that I am missing? I have never had any
issues when extending any of my drives before.
