frozen system, adware problem

Recently detected adware detected and deleted as advised. 2 adware detection
"spyware doctor". I question the reputability. Cannot uninstall. System is
frozen. Installation of NVG virus updates is blocked.
 
go to safe mode, disable your startups in msconfig. While in safe mode you
can unistall any software you want. But you should be ok for normal mode
now...
