Hi. i gota problem with my mouse...turn on pc all is fine.
do a restart and the mouse is frozen, so i have to push
the reset button to get it to work again. Does anyone know
why...
I got a few updates from microsoft and it seems to have
started happening then.
Tried system restore... didnt work. probably because of
the corrupt data from pushing reset
many thanks

Sounds like your talking about a wireless mouse?
Sounds like did you try replacing the batteries or if all
else fails and this issue came about one day to the next,
the mouse could be broken.

If you are hitting the reset button another thing to
consider is the position of the wireless base, move it
sround, also it has a reset button.

mouse is wired. not wireless
