serious error

Hi,
I hope some one can help. Every thing was perfect but now
i am getting the pc shutting down, restarting and an error
meassage reading " recovered from a serious error"
the error report
reads "C:\WINDOWS\minidump\mini070904.03mp"
"C:\DOCUME~1\Phill\Locals~1\temp\WER6.TMP.dir00
\sysdata.xml"

Does any one know what it means and how to fix it.

XP pro. 320 GBmator MSI K7n2 delta ILRS mo\bo 256 graphic
and 1024mb ram 3200cpu athlon skA
