Frozen computer

My computer crashed and I had to use the recovery disks to reboot it - it now
is frozen on the 'hp invent' page where it has F1 and F10 on the bottom. How
do I get it back to normal?

Your computer is not even getting into the operating system (Windows).
This usually means a hardware failure. Call HP tech support.
