Froze at Migrating Account Settings

I have installed Office 2003 with Outlook. The installation went on, Word,
Excel and everything works fine. When I start Outlook, it get stuck on
Configuring Outlook > Migrating Account Settings. There are 4 step, stuck at
#1. The rest are Migrating Preferences, Creating Welcome Message and
Importing User Data. I have removed Office 2000 prior to installing Office
2003. I can go into Outlook in safe mode, I can even receive email but I
can't start Outlook in its standard mode. Can anyone help me with this?

Try Control panel, mail and make a new profile.

Thanks for your reply. When I do this, there's already a profile. I made
sure everything is correct. Try Outlook, froze. Then set it to prompt for
profile, froze. Remove the profile, froze. Then create a new profile, it
still froze. Any other idea? I have tried to reinstall it already.
