I've installed Office2000 Premium on my new XP laptop.
I have installed the latest Office2000 updates.
Now, Frontpage gives the following error:
Cannot
load "f:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\MiscrosoftShared\WebServ
erExtensions\40\bin\FP4AUTL.dll\fp4Autl.dll"
I looked at the web site and what it says to do, does not
fix my problem.
I have uninstalled FrontPage and reinstalled.
I have completely uninstalled Office2000 and installed
and reinstalled updates.
I have install Frontpage2000 using the separate license I
have for it for my other PC.
Nothing changes.

Hello Jerry,

The file is being looked for in the f: drive. That would be on a server,
unless you have an f: drive on your laptop. The directory path is pointing
to FP extensions installation folders. I see that fp4autl.dll, the name of
the file is repeated twice on the path. I don't know where FP gets that.

Are you opening a Web on a machine other than your laptop? If so, could
there be a problem with the FP Server Extensions installation? Do you get
the same problem from FP on another client?
