FrontPage 2003 with Office 2000 ?

I have Office2000 (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) installed on
my laptop from our corporate license. Office 2000 was
installed from a network drive at HQ that I cannot access.

I want to purchase FrontPage2003 for some website
development I do. I am concerned about:
1) Co-existence of Office2000 and FrontPage2003
2) Installing FrontPage2003 from CD, while Office2000 has a
network drive as its installation home

If I purchase FrontPage2003, will I successfully get it
installed with my existing configuration?

Not a problem, but do a custom install and do not install any of the Office Common Shared tools or you will get a conflict in the
MSO 2K apps

I would LIKE to BUY a product from Microsoft. But if I
cannot get a relatively simple question answered, there are
plenty other HTML editors available on the market.

there's one just above your post.
just install it and you'll be fine. I have office 2k on my dev. machine
with fp 2003 and it's all good. I am using office 2k because I have it and
I like that version of outlook best.
but you shouldn't have any problems.
PLUS, if your version of office 2k has FrontPage you'll only have to buy the
upgrade for fp 2003 and I only paid like 80-90 bucks for it. it's a steal
when you consider what 03 is compared to 00.
