FrontPage

I have a website on RR.com and I have been editing it on FrontPage. I
accidently chose a web template that used Share Point, so I tried to delete
those files.
They finally deleted after I closed FrontPage and reopened it.
Now, I cannot do anything on my website in FrontPage. I get this following
message:

"The server sent a response which FrontPage could not parse. If you are
trying to connect to a Windows Share Point Server, check with your servers
administrator
to make sure Windows SharePoint Services are installed correctly."

Road Runner does not support SharePoint and I do not have anything on my pc
to support it. I need to know how I can get this off so I can edit my page.

Have your host run a server health check on the FP Server Extensions
