I am a new user and have received a copy of frontpage
2000. Should I spend the $$$ to get the newest release
(2003). I am a complete novice and do not have immediate
plans to get into it too hot and heavy.

of lots of little things.
 
Why not use 2000 for now? Get a feel for the program, decide whether or not
you like it and want to invest in whatever the latest version is at that
time. Also, make sure your system can handle the software.
